He has overall responsibility for application development and support, customer service and technology innovations and solutions to complement HP Software solution offerings. Saum also has enterprise-wide responsibility for defining and managing deployment of the HP global information management strategy, analytics platforms, master data management, enterprise data standards, enterprise application architecture, data services, and mobility platforms.Most recently, Saum served as Vice President of Global Business Intelligence and Mobility for HP. In this role, he was responsible for defining and managing the company’s enterprise business intelligence and master data strategy and leading a cross-functional team to deploy the IT frameworks and standards for mobile applications deployed to HP employees, customers, and partners worldwide.He is a featured speaker at HP and industry events on Application Transformation, Enterprise Mobility, Business Intelligence, and Predictive Analytics, and he was previously honored by Computerworld magazine as one of the Premier 100 IT leaders.Saum was formerly Vice President of Personal Systems Group IT, which aligned with the PSG business to deliver IT solutions that drive efficient growth of HP. He also created strategies and deployed architecture for HP’s e-commerce systems globally.He led merger and integration planning for the HP Imaging & Printing Division during the HP/Compaq merger. After the merger, Saum was appointed head of Americas IT for the Personal Systems Division. He was instrumental in developing HP’s IT strategies for supply chain and the re-invention of HP’s direct go-to-market model.Before joining HP, Saum worked with CGI consulting, Deloitte and Touche Consulting, Alcatel, and SPAR Aerospace. Early in his career, he specialized in safety-critical software engineering, software engineering process improvement, software quality management, aerospace engineering, and robotics.Saum holds a Masters in engineering from McGill University in Canada and an undergraduate degree from Marine Engineering and Research Institute in India.

Dr. Palma is Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatal and Developmental Medicine at Stanford University. In addition to his clinical role in newborn intensive care, he holds an administrative appointment as Medical Director of Clinical Informatics and Analytics at Stanford Children’s Health. He earned a Master’s degree in Biomedical Informatics at Stanford, and is board certified in Clinical Informatics.Jon’s informatics efforts focus on providing the hospital’s operational and clinical leadership with actionable information from Stanford Children’s enterprise data warehouse, and on applying text and predictive analytics to hospital data. His career interest is to integrate these technologies into clinical workflow in order to enhance the quality and safety of healthcare.Jon attended Davidson College and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed clinical training in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford. During residency and fellowship, his scholarly work involved optimizing commercial EMRs for neonatal care. His Master’s research included mining clinical data to predict the development of disease.

For last thirteen years at HP, Pramod has lead advanced analytics teams in areas of customer knowledge management, e- business , global business intelligence in IT and digital analytics at Hewlett-Packard. Before joining HP, Pramod worked at Wal-Mart’s Information systems. Here, he designed and developed advanced assortment planning system, a technology that revolutionized the store assortment practices for Wal-Mart. Pramod has PhD in Mathematics from University of Arkansas and an MBA in Marketing. Pramod is author of several published papers and patent and regular speaker at international conferences.
